Well … yesterday I spent the entire day (7am – 5pm) in the emergency room at Strong Hospital. 
I had been having abdominal cramps for a few days now and thought it was just one of the side effects coming on .. you know .. fatigue .. impending nausea.
Well it turns out it was a little more serious than that.
I was suffering from dehydration and it seems I had some blockage in the beginning of my small intestine. It measured 20cm wide by 60cm long (8 x 24 inches). Now that is alot of CRAP! 
Because of my Chemo Treatment they were not sure how to treat the blockage. My blood counts were pretty low so they had to be careful. It was pretty scary. I must say I would have rather gone through another Bone Marrow Biopsy then go through the pain I was in yesterday.
Needless to say yesterday was not a very fun day for me. We are not sure if the blockage was cleared yesterday or not. The pain is not completely gone, but hopefully things will clear up today. I am on some medicine for the next few days to see if we can make everything right again.
I must say that the doctors (Dr. Syritt) and nurses (Anna, Shelly) in the ER were just awesome. Thanks for taking care of me.
