LiveStrong bracelets on eBay
I have a real problem with this. The LiveStrong website clearly states that bracelets are not to be re-sold or eBayed.
Can I resell yellow wristbands?
Live Strongâ„¢ wristbands may NOT be resold. They are not packaged for resale. There are significant state fundraising registration laws and tax and non-profit accounting issues that prevent their legal re-sell.
Can I auction yellow wristbands to generate even more funds?
Please do not sell your Live Strongâ„¢ wristband on eBay or any other auction Web site. It is an abuse of a valid fund raising campaign for a non-profit organization - the LAF - and, frankly, unethical.
There are people selling ONE BRACELET for $5 or more! I saw a package of 50 going for $90.00!
Having been fighting cancer since 2003 I find this both INSULTING and UN-ETHICAL.
If you want a LiveStrong Bracelet then buy it online.

I think all those listings should be PULLED and BANNED from eBay. eBay makes it REAL difficult to contact them too. You can report items, but you cannot add any comments as to why you think they should be pulled/banned.
