So my friend Kevin that works at RDC decided to give me a little more motivation at work.

Ride #2 - Penfield -> Pultneyville -> Marion

So my brother in law and I headed out Sunday morning on what will hopefully be our weekly training ride. We were originally going to ride from my house in Penfield, NY to Pultneyville, NY and back. That would have been a total of 44.4 miles.
We made it to the Pultneyville Pickle in 1 hour [...]

All booked up! Texas here we come!

Well we booked our flight from Rochester to Texas yesterday! Our friends - Pete & Brenda - got our tickets for us with their frequent flyer miles! We’re even flying FIRST CLASS there and back!! Woohoo!!

ADA - Tour de Cure

So yesterday (6/12/2005) was the ADA’s Tour de Cure ride.
I rode 41.5 miles!!!
Not only did I ride 41.5 miles, but I did it in 3 hours and 38 minutes!
Miles: 41.5
Cadence: 65 - 75
Time: 3 hours 38 minutes
Heart Rate: 160-185
Avg Speed: 11.4 mph
Max Speed: 37.7 mph

I forgot to mention that I am in remission now.
After the last check up (5/24) it just seems right now.

100th Anniversary Party & Wine Tour

So this past Saturday (06/04/2005) marked the 100th Year Anniversary of the company I work for: [url=http://www.rdcdrug.com]RDC[/url].
They threw a HUGE party at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, NY.
They even booked Al Jardine and the Surf City All-Stars to play at the party!
