My first 50 mile ride .. whew …
So today I went to Canandaigua to ride my first 50 miles with Ethan & Cammi.
First of all I want to thank Whit (Cammi’s boyfriend) for installing my new clipless pedals and setting my new shoes up for my bike. What a world of difference that makes when riding now!

Biking Canandaigua Lake
So my Brother-In-Law (Ethan), his future Sister-In-Law (Cammi), and myself are going to bike around Canandaigua Lake on Sunday 7/31.
I think the distance is somewhere between 40-52 miles. It should be a very nice ride tomorrow. I will be bringing my digital camera so hopefully I will get plenty of photos.

Things were very emotional at our house over the weekend. We (well I should say I) were glued to the TV whenever the Tour was on. We were cheering on Lance (DSC) , Basso (CSC) , Ulrich (TMO) , Vinokourov (TMO), and the rest of the Discovery team.

I forgot to post my other rides I had over the last couple of weeks.
We went camping over 4th of July weekend and I was able to get a 13 mile ride in around Seneca Lake.
Mileage: 13 miles
Time: 50 minutes
Cadence: 85 - 100
Avg Speed: 14.8 mph
Max Speed: 26.8 mph
Heart Rate: 165 - 185
