No Chain …
Congratulations Lance on 7 Straight Wins!!!
Things were very emotional at our house over the weekend. We (well I should say I) were glued to the TV whenever the Tour was on. We were cheering on Lance (DSC) , Basso (CSC) , Ulrich (TMO) , Vinokourov (TMO), and the rest of the Discovery team.
My recovery just seems to get better and better. Stealing a quote from Lance Armstrong …. “I feel so good it just feels like there is no chain on the bike …”
I am progressing in leaps and bounds (I think). 
I am up to 40 mile rides on a regular basis (every 2 to 3 days).
I had some vinyl made for my car today to try and help with my fund raising. If you see me out on the expressway be sure to beep (and Donate

The Ride for the Roses is only 12 WEEKS AWAY! My wife and I are getting so excited! I still cannot believe we are going.
I don’t really have much else to write. I am pretty much just riding, riding, and riding.
