I have known Brenda since December 1989 when she was my supervisor at Detection Systems, Inc (Now Bosch Security). Alot has changed since then, but through all these years she has been a great friend to Carrie and I.

Day +274 .. Duathlon
So today I ran my first Duathlon (2mi run -> 10mi bike -> 2mi run). Here was my shirt and number:
I was so nervous this morning because this was the first time I have ever raced in anything competitively. The event was alot of fun and I definitely see myself doing this every year now.
