Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon
The Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon is being held on May 20, 2006 at Mendon Ponds Park. More information can be found HERE.
I am hoping to enter this race and beat the results I had in the 2005 Autumn Classic Duathlon. That was my first Duathlon I have ever competed in and it was a lot of fun. My final time was: 1:38:13.566. I finished last for the Super Sprint, but at least I finished.
