Skaneateles Lake
So Sunday the group decided to ride Skaneateles Lake. We started out in the Town of Skaneateles. The group consisted of:

New wheelset
A friend of mine at work (Kevin) was nice enough to lend me his HED ALPS wheelset for my OCR 3.
The wheelset is probably overkill for a my level of bike, but they sure are sweet. I cannot believe what a difference a set of wheels could make.

Biopsy results - NO CANCER!
I will keep this short and sweet …
The pathology report came back NEGATIVE! The cancer is NOT BACK! Woohoo!
It turns out it was follicular hyperplasia of my lymph node. My oncologist said it was nothing to worry about.
I cannot tell you how happy we are.
Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon
So this past Saturday was the Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon. Carrie, Darcie, Mackenzie, and myself all entered the Super Sprint version of the event. This involves a 2 mile run –> 10 mile bike –> 1 mile run.
