5th Annual Kyle’s Run for a Memory 5K

Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon

So this past Saturday was the Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon. Carrie, Darcie, Mackenzie, and myself all entered the Super Sprint version of the event. This involves a 2 mile run –> 10 mile bike –> 1 mile run.

St. J’s 5K - Runnin’ for the Squeezin’s

Today Carrie, Sergio, and I went to Naples, NY to compete in the St. J’s 5k - Runnin’ For The Squeezin’s. It was great event and well organized. This was Sergio’s first 5k and he finished 3rd in his age group!
