Team CFC got together to ride around Skaneateles Lake in Skaneateles, NY.

In 2006 Carrie & I volunteered to work @ this event. In 2007 I decided I wanted to know what it was like to race in an event like this. It is to this day the toughest race I have ever been. I have a new found respect for racers both amateur and professional.

Team CFC at the MEDVED ALS 5k @ Frontier Field

Team CFC got together to ride around Keuka Lake. We started off at the High School in Branchport, NY.

On this day a group of us got together to pay tribute to cancer victims and survivors at the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in Webster, NY. Most importantly to honor the memory of our friend Lori Pulver.

Rochester Classic Spring Duathlon held every May in Mendon Ponds Park – Mendon, NY (I had surgery 3 days earlier to have a lymph node removed and still competed)
